Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We accept Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Electron & Solo.
We no longer accept payment by cheque or postal order.
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
All images on the site are as up to date as possible but occasionally manfacturers change colour schemes slightly and images may be out of date. If in doubt please contact us to check that images are up to date.
If the wrong country shipping is chosen we will adjust it correctly without warning.
The cost of delivery will be added to your order total. We reserve the right to adjust shipping methods and costs without notifying you.
IMPORTANT: All deliveries must be checked by the receiver BEFORE signing for them. If the package is damaged in anyway either refuse to accept delivery or ask the delivery person to check the contents with you. You should only sign for the goods if you are satisfied. In any other circumstances, please sign the package receipt as "not checked". If a customer fails to follow this and a package is signed for as received in good condition. We may find it difficult (or impossible) to claim compensation in this case.
PLEASE NOTE: It is the responsibility of the purchaser to ensure the legality of importation into their own country. EZ Distribution can not accept any responsibility whatsoever if the goods ordered are seized by Customs officials or airport authorities in ours or any other country. If goods are seized, destroyed, damaged through inspection or confiscated in any instance, we accept no responsibility and will offer no form of refund or credit. If the goods are returned to us by the seizing authority, we will refund your payment for the goods (not the shipping cost) less any fines or charges imposed by that authority for the handling and return of said goods. We will issue the refund only WHEN the goods are received and checked by ourselves.
On the occasion that your item is not in stock, we will back order for you and it will be despatched as soon as it arrives.
From 1st January 2011 VAT is charged at 20%
Credit Card Security
When the order is placed at our website your payment is processed by a secure payment system on behalf of EZ Distribution. We do not hold your card details in store.
All damaged deliveries or shortages must be reported within 24 hours of receipt, any longer than this may invalidate your claim.
If a product is faulty we will contact the manufacturer to arrange spares or replacements. EZ Distribution does not carry out any in house repairs and does not uphold item warranties.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
In the unlikely event that your new purchase is faulty then please contact EZ Distribution to discuss your problem.
No refunds will be given on any product that has been damaged by neglegence, carelessness or misuse.
Refunds will incur a 10% restocking fee.
Items can be returned up to 7 days after ordering. After 7 days we do not accept returns.
IF YOU HAVE ANY DOUBTS PLEASE CONTACT US IMMEDIATELY
The EZ Distribution Returns does not include any the following:
-Any transportation costs incurred in transporting the item back to us for repair.
-Any breakages as a result of accidental/negligent damage.
-Any faults arising from misuse
-Any faults arising from any repairs
-Any upgrades that have been installed
-External damage or wear and tear.
Your EZ Distribution Return is also invalidated if:
The product has been altered or adjusted in any way from its original format, this includes all internal upgrades.
Any repairs or maintenance to the item(s) have been carried out.

EZ Distribution reserves the right to change terms and conditions at any time.
Warranty covers dead on arrival and 7 days after purchase.
EZ Distribution accepts no warranty past this point but will contact the original manufacturer on your behalf to seek spares or replacements.
If you require our technicians to work on a rifle on your behalf this will be charged at a standard labour rate.
No transports costs are covered under our warranty.
